Important Note
Dead stock = total inventory × slow-moving %. The health score blends slow-stock %, interest burden vs revenue, stock age, and holding-cost drag vs revenue (20% weight each on age and holding). Holding cost uses your sector's benchmark carrying rate on dead stock (about 18–30% p.a. by industry) unless you enter a monthly warehouse / carrying override. Interest applies your WC rate to the same dead stock. Recovery and obsolescence follow the age table (80%→30% recoverable). Figures are indicative, not audit-grade.
